1. Scope of this notice
I am Charles Snell, the individual operating this website. This notice applies to every website visitor and to communications arising from an initial inquiry, regardless of the visitor’s location. The assessment service is currently intended for businesses within the United States.
This notice does not cover information that may be created during a future paid client engagement. That information will be addressed separately if the service progresses to that stage. Third-party websites and services also have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact information | First name and email address | Directly from you when you submit the form or email me | Respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and arrange a conversation |
| Communications | Your replies and information you choose to provide during follow-up | Directly from you | Understand your request and communicate with you |
| Referral source | A simple source label, such as yard sign, barbershop 1, or barbershop 2 | The unique link or QR code through which you visit | Identify which flyer or sign produced an inquiry |
| Basic service logs | IP address, date and time, and browser or device details that Hostinger or Formspree may record | Automatically collected by hosting and form-processing providers | Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site and form. I do not use this information for analytics or advertising. |
I do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through the assessment form. Please do not send confidential business records, account credentials, government identifiers, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive data in an initial inquiry.
3. How we use information
- Personally respond to your request about the assessment service.
- Determine whether a discovery conversation or assessment may make sense.
- Send a scheduling link by email after I review a potentially qualified inquiry.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website and its form.
- Identify which flyer or sign produced an inquiry using a limited referral-source label.
- Prevent spam, misuse, or security incidents and meet legal obligations.
Submitting the form does not add you to a newsletter or general marketing list. Discovery calls are not recorded or automatically transcribed.
4. Services that process information
I am the only person who accesses prospect information directly. The following types of service providers process limited information as necessary to support the inquiry process:
- A website-hosting provider delivers and protects the website.
- A form-processing provider receives and stores form submissions and sends an email notification.
- An email provider stores inquiry notifications and follow-up communications.
- A scheduling provider processes information you enter if I later email you a scheduling link.
I may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, the website, or legal rights. I do not disclose prospect information to contractors, assistants, business partners, data brokers, or advertisers.
No sale or advertising use
I do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or offer financial incentives in exchange for it.
5. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
I do not use additional analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioral tracking. Website-hosting and form-processing providers may still create technical logs or use technologies necessary to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.
Because the site does not sell information or engage in behavioral advertising, there is currently no sale or sharing activity to opt out of. The site therefore does not respond differently to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. If these practices change, I will update this notice and provide any legally required choices before implementing the change.
6. Data retention
I generally delete inactive inquiry information from my active form, email, and scheduling records within 90 days after the last communication. I may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to respond to an active inquiry, comply with law, resolve a dispute, or protect the website and its users.
Service providers may retain limited backup, security, recovery, or technical-log copies for additional periods according to their own policies and legal obligations.
7. Your privacy choices
Regardless of where you live, you may ask me to provide access to, correct, or delete the inquiry information I maintain about you. I will honor reasonable verified requests unless I need to retain information for a legal, security, or dispute-resolution reason.
California residents may also have rights under applicable California privacy law, including the rights to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information.
- Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
The applicability and scope of statutory rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Because I do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising and do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, those opt-out and limitation rights are not currently needed for the practices described here.
To make a request: Email hello@bleuh2o.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe what you would like me to access, correct, or delete.
I may verify your identity by confirming control of the email address associated with the inquiry. I will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Security
I use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected. However, no website, email, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Use care when deciding what information to send electronically.
9. Children’s privacy
This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact me so I can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Changes to this notice
I may update this notice if the website, inquiry process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. I will post material changes on the website before they take effect when appropriate.
